WELL, HOW ABOUT THAT, got First place Trophy Prize for (best modified land rover) at Peterboro Landrover Fest October 2007. Wow still cant belive it.
MIND YOU SOME EXCELLENT DAKARS WERE UN-AVAILABLE FOR THIS WEEKEND SO IT MIGHT BE A DIFFERENT STORY NEXT TIME!
Have spent some time (OCT / NOV 07) building a mini Dakar (50" long) all timber, battery and drirect drive motor power, look out for it towards the end of the Dakar Diary DVD PT2 EDITION - WHAT FUN- WILL GET IT TO STONLEIGH SHOW FOR EVERYONE SMALL ENOUGH TO HAVE A GO!

2006 was a busy year what with day work, 9 car shows and 2000 odd miles coverd just going to Lands end and John O Groats, it was worth is however, we saw some wonderfull sites and got to the top of ben nevis and out to the Isle of Skye, also stoped at the wonderfull town of Richmond, in North Yorkshire on the way back, not brave enough to tell Sylvia the cost of all the petrol we used.!
